Welcome to Rovalia. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application and services. By accessing or using Rovalia, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Rovalia, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Rovalia. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You retain ownership of the content you post on Rovalia. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your content in connection with operating and providing our services.

You agree not to post content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or bullying
• Is sexually explicit or pornographic
• Promotes violence or illegal activities
• Contains spam or misleading information
• Impersonates another person or entity

4.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We may, but are not obligated to, monitor or review user content.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
• Use automated systems (bots) to access the app
• Collect or harvest user information without consent
• Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions

6. Intellectual Property

The Rovalia app, including its design, features, graphics, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

7. Third-Party Services

Our app may integrate with or contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimers

We make no warranties regarding:

• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• The availability or functionality of the app
• The security of your data or communications

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rovalia and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your content posted on the app

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Rovalia at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the app and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

14. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rovalia regarding your use of the app and supersede any prior agreements.
